It is stated that a representation was filed before the District Collector, Eluru, West Godavari District which has not elicited any response at all. We dispose of this petition in terms of the directions issued earlier in WP(PIL).No.140 of 2022 and batch dated 14.09.2022. The District Collector of the concerned District shall consider the representation and in case any further information is required, the same may also be supplied by the petitioner through his counsel and appropriate decision be taken by way of a 2 HCJ & CGR, J WP(PIL)_31_2026 speaking order on the representation so filed preferably within a period of four weeks.
