Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A for the State as also perused the record. 2. This application under Section 529 BNSS has been filed seeking direction to the court concerned for early disposal of S.T. No. 1170 of 2025 (State Vs. Pawan Rai @ Rahul Rai and others), arising out of Case Crime No. 637 of 2024, under Sections- 115(2), 352, 3(5), 105, 61(2) BNS, Police Station- Kotwali, District- Azamgarh, pending before the court of Addl. Sessions Judge, Court No.3), Azamgarh. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is lady and widow of the deceased of the case. The trial of the case is pending since 01.03.2025 before the court concerned and considerable time has already been lapsed. The accused persons are not co-operating with the proceedings and on 16.1.2026 they filed discharge application, which is still pending. 4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this application is finally disposed of with a direction to the court concerned to decide the aforesaid case in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of one year from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order, without granting any unnecessary or long adjournments to either of the parties, if there is no other legal impediment.
