The main grievance of the petitioner in the present writ application is that the private respondent by installing submersible pump without getting any permission from the competent authority is extracting ground water. The petitioner has made the representation before the authority but the authorities have failed to take any steps. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner will be satisfied if the authorities consider the representation submitted by the petitioner and dispose of the same in accordance with law. 3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the respective parties. This Court finds that the petitioner has made a complaint to the respondent No.3 which is still pending before the respondent No.3. 2 4. Accordingly, the respondent No.3 is directed to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and to pass a reasoned and speaking order within a period of six weeks from the date of communication of this order. 5. WPA 25766 of 2025 is disposed of. 6. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. 7.
