HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE GANESH RAM MEENA Order 30/01/2026 1. The accused-petitioner has filed this bail application under Section 483 B.N.S.S., arising out of F.I.R. No.0011/2026 registered with the Police Station Sadar Alwar, District Alwar for offence under Sections 112(2), 238(b), 316(2), 318(4), 319(2), 336(3), 340(2), 303(2) and 61(2) of B.N.S.S., 2023 and Sections 66C and 66D of Information Technology Act. 2. Heard. 3. Considered the submissions made by the learned counsel for the accused-petitioner as well as the learned Public Prosecutor and so also perused the material made available on record. 4. The allegation against the accused-petitioner is of involvement in Cyber Fraud and of taking SIM from the [2026:RJ-JP:4324] (2 of 2) [CRLMB-1004/2026] complainant and making use of the same in snatching money from certain persons by fraud. Investigation of the case is still going on. 5. Taking into consideration the allegation against the accused-petitioner and so also the fact that the investigation of the case is still in progress, this Court at this stage is not inclined to enlarge the accused-petitioner on bail. 6. Accordingly, this bail application is dismissed. 7. However, the accused-petitioner would be at liberty to file fresh bail application after completion of investigation.
