1. Petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs.
“10.1 That, in view of the facts and circumstances stated above, the petitioner PAWAN KUMAR JHA Digitally signed by PAWAN KUMAR JHA
2 / 2 humbly prays that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to direct the Respondent Authorities to consider and decide the appeal preferred by the petitioner which is still pending, in the interest of justice. 10.2 That, the Hon'ble Court may allow the instant Petition of the Petitioner, in parity with similar order passed by this Hon'ble Court in Smt. Renuka Singh V/s State of Chhattisgarh and Others (W.P. (S) No. 11642 of 2025) as the case of the Petitioner is also same. 10.3 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to grant any other relief/reliefs in favor of the petitioner, which the Hon'ble Court deems fit & just in the facts and circumstances of the case, including awarding of the costs to the petitioner.”

Learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner is holding post of Asst. Teacher and was posted at Government Primary School, Naveen Kurda is transferred to Government Primary School, Navapara Bhaiso under the rationalization policy of the State Government. Against the order of transfer, petitioner has initially submitted representation which was rejected, however, the appeal preferred by petitioner is pending consideration before Respondent No. 2. Therefore, direction be issued to Respondent No. 2 to take decision on the pending representation/ appeal of petitioner at the earliest within specified time frame.
3. Learned State counsel submits that in view of limited prayer made by learned counsel for petitioner, he is having no objection.

On due consideration of the submission of learned counsel for the respective parties, nature of grievance raised, this writ petition is disposed of directing Respondent No. 2 to take decision on the pending representation/ appeal of petitioner, in accordance with law, expeditiously preferably within a further period of 03 weeks from the date of receipt of copy of order passed by this Court.
