This shows that the appellant has no interest in arguing the matter, which is pending for more than 15 years. 03. On the face of the record, it further appears that on 16/01/2026, this Court passed an order and kept the matter on 29/01/2026 under the caption of passing of order of dismissal. Subsequently, though the matter was suo motu adjourned by the Court from time to time, none appeared on behalf of the appellant, which shows that the appellant has no interest in prosecuting the matter. Therefore, no option is left with this Court except to dismiss the appeal for want of prosecution. 04. Accordingly, the appeal stands dismissed for want of prosecution.
