Hence, they are ordered to be proceeded against ex parte. Heard. For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed and delay of 105 days in filing the present appeal, which in my considered view has sufficiently been explained, is hereby condoned. Application stands disposed of. RFA No.____/2026 Be registered. Admit. Let post admission notice be issued to respondents No.1 & 2, returnable within four weeks, on taking steps within a period of three days. List thereafter. CMP No.___ of 2026 (CMPST No.988/26) Be registered. Heard. Learned counsel for the applicants/appellants stated that a sum of Rs.5 lacs has already been paid to respondent No.1. Therefore, execution/operation of impugned award dated 03.11.2025, passed by the learned Land Acquisition Rehabilitation and Resettlement Authority, Kinnaur at Rampur Bushahr, District Shimla, HP in case titled Jawahar Lal vs. The CMD, SJVNL & ors., shall remain stayed during pendency of the main appeal, subject to deposit of the remaining entire awarded amount of compensation alongwith up-to-date interest within a period of four weeks.
