2. Learned AGA further submits that the said report has already been placed before respondent No.2 on
12.01.2026. 3. In view of the submission that the report has already been submitted, respondent No.2 is directed to consider the said report and pass appropriate final orders in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4. It is made clear that if the petitioner is still aggrieved after the passing of orders by respondent No.2, liberty is reserved to the petitioner to approach this Court in accordance with law.
