This is an application filed under Section 482 of the BNSS, 2023, praying for Page No.# 2/2 granting pre-arrest bail to the accused-applicant in connection with Gorchuk Police Station Case No. 109/2026 (G.R. Case No. 1826/2026), registered under Sections 305(a)/331(4) of BNS, 2023. The learned Addl. PP submits that charge-sheet in the instant case has been already filed, vide Charge-Sheet No. 206/2026 dated 25.08.2026. It is seen that vide, order dated 26.08.2026, a Coordinate Bench of this Court has granted interim pre-arrest bail to the applicant and directed him to appear before the Investigating Officer on or before 03.09.2026. The learned counsel appearing for the accused-applicant submits that in terms of the aforesaid direction of this Court dated 26.08.2026, the accused- applicant has appeared before the Investigating Officer.
