Petitioner has filed this writ petition, seeking following reliefs:- “10.1That, the Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow the petition and direct the respondent Director Sericulture Rural Department to decide the representation submitted by the petitioner (Annexure P/1) and to provide the interest of the delay and compensation for the same. 10.2 That, any other relief which this Hon’ble Court deems fit and proper may also kindly be granted to the petitioner in the interest of justice along with cost of the petition.” 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner was appointed as Junior Inspector in the year 1981 and was promoted to the post of Assistant Director, Sericulture Rural Department and stood retired on 30.04.2023 as Additional Director, Sericulture Rural Industry Department. From the date of retirement petitioner is paid retiral dues with delay, however interest has not been paid for which petitioner submitted a representation which till date has not be considered, therefore, direction be issued to concerned respondent authorities to consider and take decision on pending representation Annexure P-1 dated 13.08.2025 at the earliest. 3. Learned counsel for State submits that in view of limited prayer made by learned counsel for petitioner she is having no objection. 4. I have heard learned counsel for the respective parties. 5. On due consideration of submission made by learned counsel for the respective parties, without commenting anything on the merits of the 3 / 3 case, I find it appropriate to dispose of this writ petition at this stage directing concerned respondent authority to consider and take decision on representation Annexure P-1 dated 13.08.2025 submitted by petitioner, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a further period of three months from the date of receipt of the order. 6.
