JUSTICE SANDEEP TANEJA Order 04/02/2026 1. The instant bail application has been filed by the accused-petitioners No. 1 and 2, under Section 483 of B.N.S.S. in connection with FIR No.167/2025 registered at Police Station Gopalgarh District, Deeg for the offence(s) under Section(s) 115 (2), 126(2), 117(2) and 118(2) of B.N.S. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the accused-petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case and have nothing to do with the alleged offences. Learned counsel further submits that the petitioners along with co-accused [2026:RJ-JP:5171] (2 of 3) [CRLMB-885/2026] Karansingh caused injuries to Bachu, Dhori Devi, Ramveer and Shyamveer and the injuries caused to Bachu and Ramveer were found to be simple in nature but injuries caused to Shyamveer at his right forearm were grievous, similarly, injury caused to Dhori Devi at her right hand was also grievous, however, none of the injuries are dangerous to life. Counsel also submits that a Co- ordinate Bench of this Court has granted bail to one of the co- accused namely, Karansingh s/o Girraj, vide order dated 24.01.2026. Counsel also submits that there is no criminal antecedent against the petitioners. He further submits that the charge-sheet has been filed in the matter and no recovery is required to be made from the petitioners, and trial of the case may take considerable time. He, therefore, prays that petitioners may be enlarged on bail. 3. Learned Public Prosecutor and learned counsel for the complainant oppose the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioners hereinabove. 4. Heard and perused the charge-sheet and material available on record. 5. Taking into consideration the overall facts and circumstances of the case; considering the arguments advanced by the learned counsel for both the parties, particularly the fact that a co-accused has already been granted bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court and charge-sheet has been filed in the matter, as well as trial is likely to take considerable time in its conclusion, without commenting anything upon the merits / demerits of the case, this [2026:RJ-JP:5171] (3 of 3) [CRLMB-885/2026] Court deems it just and proper to enlarge the petitioners on regular bail. 6. Therefore, this bail application is allowed and accused-petitioners Paramlal S/o Tursi and Tursiram @ Tulsiram S/o Girraj are ordered to be released on bail, provided each of them furnish a personal bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- with two sureties of Rs.25,000/- each to the satisfaction of the trial Court, with the stipulation that the petitioners shall appear before that Court on all subsequent dates of hearing and as and when called upon to do so.
