ORAL JUDGMENT The appellant, respondent No.3 and their respective
learned counsel are present before the Court. The appellant and respondent No.3 have filed the compromise petition under
Order 23 Rule 3 of CPC.
2. The learned counsel for the appellant submits that in the original suit, respondent No.3 contested the matter and now respondent No.3 has agreed to give up her right to an extent of 2 guntas of land, which is morefully described in the schedule of the compromise petition. The respondent No.3 says that the appellant is in possession and enjoyment of the suit schedule property as absolute owner and revenue entries of the suit schedule property are standing in the name of respondent No.3 herein. Hence, respondent No.3 is entering into this compromise with the appellant herein. Both of them have settled the matter at the intervention of the panchayathdars and well-wishers of the appellant and respondent No.3.

3. The parties have understood the terms of the compromise. Hence, the compromise petition is accepted and the parties have also filed the joint verifying affidavit. Hence, the Regular Second Appeal is disposed of in terms of the compromise.
4. The Registry is directed to draw the decree in terms of the compromise petition.
