The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Putki P.S. Case No. 02 of 2026, for the alleged offences registered under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 109, 117(2), 132, 352, 351(2), 61(2) and 324(4) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 pending in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate, Dhanbad.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that allegations are there of pelting stones by two rival groups upon each other and further both the sides have blocked the road. He next submits that injuries are said to be simple in nature and no specific allegation is there against these petitioners and there are general and omnibus allegations against all the accused persons. He then submits that the petitioners are having no criminal antecedent and disclosure to that effect has been made in para-09 of the petition.

Learned A.P.P appearing for the State has opposed the

prayer and submits that the allegations are there of pelting stones.

Looking into the contents of the FIR, it transpires that there is allegation of pelting stones upon each other by two rival groups and further they have blocked the road and there are general and omnibus allegations against all the accused persons and it is not clear, what role has been played by these petitioners and also the petitioners are having no criminal antecedent and disclosure to that effect has been made in para-09 of the petition, I am inclined to provide anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Accordingly, the petitioners, above named, are hereby
directed to surrender before the learned Court within three weeks from today, and in the event of their surrender/arrest, the petitioners, above named, shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each, with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Dhanbad, in connection with Putki P.S. Case No. 02 of 2026, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
