Copy of the Written Instruction is also furnished to the learned Counsel for the Writ Petitioner. This Written Instruction is taken on record. 3. The Written Instruction would indicate that the Respondent No.5 has uploaded the bills of the Writ Petitioner to the NIDHI Portal only on 08.02.2026. This Court notices that the Writ Petitioner has executed an Agreement way back on 07.10.2017 and had completed the execution of work long ago. However, the Respondents have been dragging their feet in clearing the dues of the Writ Petitioner for so long. Even now, the bills have been uploaded on to the NIDHI Portal on 08.02.2026 and that the Court would reasonably expect that the Respondents will again come-up with another excuse that the bills will have to be re-uploaded after completion of financial year by 31.03.2026. 4. Be that it may be, since the amounts have been admitted, this Court deems it appropriate to allow this Writ Petition at the admission stage, without going into merits, directing the Official Respondents to complete the entire administrative process, both Inter-departmental and Intra-departmental by way of mutual cooperation and coordinaton, within a period of three weeks from today and transfer the amount to the account of the Writ Petitioner within two 4 weeks thereafter. Writ Petitioner is directed to submit the bank account details to the competent authority within two weeks from today for effecting such transfer. Since the amount of the Writ Petitioner is about Rs.4,77,288/- and that the execution of work has been completed on or about 29.01.2019, it is indicated that any further delay by the Official Respondents will be viewed seriously by this Court. 5. With these observations and directions, this Writ Petition stands allowed. No order as to costs. 6. Interlocutory Applications, if any, stand closed in terms of this order. ______________________________________ GANNAMANENI RAMAKRISHNA PRASAD, J Dt: 09.03.2026 JKS 5 89 HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE GANNAMANENI RAMAKRISHNA PRASAD WRIT PETITION No. 4907 OF 2026 09.03.2026 JKS
