The petitioner is an accused in connection with Hatgamharia P.S. Case No. 19/2023. A dacoity was committed in Niji Grahak Seva Kendra and a bag containing Rs. 1,20,000/- was looted. The petitioner appears to have been implicated on the confessional statement of co-accused Krishna Purty and Kali Charan Marla. Several accused persons seems to have been granted bail by this Court in B.A. No. 10522 of 2024 and B.A. No.5885 of 2024. No Test Identification Parade has been held. The petitioner is in custody since 16.03.2024. Regard being had to the above, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned District & Additional Sessions Judge-III, Chaibasa in connection with Hatgamharia P.S.
