Pursuant to the notice dated 27.08.2024 issued by the Respondent No.3 namely Project Manager, Uttar Pradesh Bridge Corporation Ltd., Bridge Construction Unit-1, Prayagraj, a detailed reply has already been submitted by the petitioner on 24.09.2024 and thereafter again on 24.11.2024 but till date no decision has been taken, hence the present writ petition. 2. It is argued by the counsel appearing on behalf of Respondent No.3 that respondent No.3 will take a decision in the matter, expeditiously. 3. Heard Shri Prabhakar Awasthi, learned Senior Counsel assisted by Shri Bipin Shukla, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the respondents. 4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the issue, the present writ petition is disposed of finally with a direction to the Respondent No.3 namely Project Manager, Uttar Pradesh Bridge Corporation Ltd., Bridge Construction Unit- 1, Prayagraj, to decide the aforesaid case in accordance with law expeditiously and preferably within a period of two months from the date of presentation of certified copy of this order, unless there is no legal impediment.
