P.P. 02/ 09.06.2026: Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State. 2. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Keredari P.S. Case No. 13 of 2026, registered under sections 329 (3), 223, 324(5), 132, 3(5) of BNS, Section 22(1) (a), 22 (1) (d), 22(2) (a), 22 (2)(b), 22 (2) (d), 23(a), 23(b), 24(1) (i), 24(2), 25 of Industrial Dispute Act, pending in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Hazaribag. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are poor workers and were being guided by Rashtriya Koyla Mazdoor Union. He next submits that petitioners put eight demands before the management for that case has been lodged against the petitioners and it is alleged that petitioners were obstructing in mining work. He next submits that petitioners have no criminal antecedent which is disclosed in para 13 of the petition. On these grounds, he submits that the petitioners may kindly be provided privilege of anticipatory bail. 4. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer and submits that allegations are that petitioners were obstructing in mining work. 5. Considering that petitioners were agitating for their demands before the Management and they were being guided by Rashtriya Koyla Mazdoor Union. The petitioners are poor workers having no criminal antecedent as disclosed in para 13 of the petition. 6. In the attending facts and circumstances of the case, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, the above named, petitioners are directed to surrender before the learned court within three weeks from today and in the event of their surrender / arrest, the petitioners shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000/- Neutral Citation No. ( 2026:JHHC:16396 ) (twenty five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Hazaribag, in connection with Keredari P.S.
