In the present matter, it is pointed out that the matter has been settled in National Lok Adalat held on 22.03.2025. It was observed that the amount of share of appellant no.2, who is minor, be deposited in fixed deposit in any Nationalized Bank, till she attains the age of majority and the amount of compromise of Rs.5,25,000/- be deposited in this court. 2. In view of said order, the present application is moved by the claimants and thereby seeks permission to withdraw entire balance amount of compensation along with accrued interest thereon to appellant nos.1 and 2. 3. In view of order dated 22.03.2025, the amount which is deposited as share of appellant no.2 which comes to Rs.2,62,237/- cannot be allowed to withdraw by appellant no.1, till she attains the age of majority. The balance amount which came to the share of appellant no.1 and lying with the registry of this court can be permitted to be withdrawn by the appellant no.1 along with interest accrued thereon. 4.
