In that view of the matter, learned counsel for petitioner, after arguing the matter at some length, upon instructions from his client, seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition, with liberty to assail the impugned notice dated 16.10.2025 and subsequent order before the First Appellate Authority in view of Section 75 of the Rajasthan Land Revenue Act, 1956. 3.
