The present revision has been filed by the applicant with following prayer: “ It is therefore most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to set-aside the impugned order dated 31.03.2023 in so far as it relates to the case of the applicant by directing the non applicant to give amount of maintenance upto suitable extent, in the interest of justice. ” 2. The Registry has also reported that the present revision suffers from various defaults, and it appears that the present revision has filed by the applicant on 17.05.2023, and counsel for the applicant did not take care to remove the defaults as has been pointed out by the Registry, despite the time being granted by co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 15.06.2023. 3.
