Without going into the merits and demerits of the case, since the issue is not decided, we direct that the present petition be treated as a representation and the same shall be decided by respondent No.1 in accordance with law and the applicable Government Resolution within eight weeks from the date of production of a copy of this order. 4. Learned Counsel for the petitioners undertakes to produce copy of order passed today, along with the petition, before respondent No.1 within a week from today. 5.
