Greater Noida, Bench-02, Gautam Budhha Nagar to expedite the proceedings of the case registered as NCR144/12/135205/2025 (R.V.Venkiteswaran v. Presidency Infraheights Private Limited), within stipulated period as fix by this Hon'ble Court;" 3. Learned counsel for the respondents submit that he has no objection in the event this petition stands disposed off with a direction to the respondent no. 2 to dispose of the pending matter in accordance with law. 4. In view of the above, this petition stands disposed off with a direction to respondent no. 2-Uttar Pradesh Real Estate Regulatory Authority, Greater Noida, District Gautam Budh Nagar to dispose of the pending matter within a period of four months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
