In the circumstances, we are of the opinion that if the request is accepted, no prejudice would be caused to any of the respondents. 3. Accordingly, we direct the respondent No.1 to decide the review application filed by respondent No.2 against the order dated 13/07/2023 in Case No.VAA/1317/P.K.112/N.P.23 within a period of three months from the date of furnishing this order before the respondent No.1. 4.
