ORAL ORDER
This writ petition is filed seeking following reliefs:
"i) Call for the records;
ii) Set aside the order passed by the learned XI Additional City Civil and Sessions Judge, Bengaluru in O.S.No.5173/2021 dated 08.10.2021, vide Annexure-C and be pleased to grant reliefs as prayed for in the application for grant of exparte interim
order by allowing the application for grant of temporary injunction filed by the petitioner herein before the court below, by restraining the respondent and their henchmen from interfering/obstructing the petitioner and his family members and representatives from using the schedule B property for ingress and egress to schedule A property belonging to them and which immovable property is in lawful physical possession and peaceful enjoyment of the petitioner herein, vide Annexure-B;
iii) Grant such other reliefs as this Hon'ble Court deems fit in the circumstances of the case and allow

the above miscellaneous first appeal with costs, to meet the ends of justice and equity."

Learned counsel for the respondent submits that the trial Court has considered the application and granted a temporary injunction, which was subsequently challenged by the respondent in MFA.No.4590/2023. In view of this subsequent event, the present writ petition has become infructuous.
3. In view of the above submission, the writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
