Learned counsel for the applicant invites our attention to reasons as stated in paragraph Nos.2, 3, 4, and 5 explaining the delay of 17 days caused in filing the Family Court Appeal. 5. We are of a considered opinion that the applicant has made out a sufficient cause for such delay of 17 days in fling the Family Court Appeal and the aforesaid delay is completely bona fide. 6. In view of the above, we allow the aforesaid application condoning the delay in filing the Family Court Appeal. 7. The civil application is accordingly disposed of. FCA ST.NO.16455/2026 1.
