Learned counsel for the State submits that now process under section 84 of BNSS has already been issued against the petitioner. 5. In view of such submission, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this anticipatory bail with liberty to find out remedy. 6. Learned counsels for the State and informant have got no objection. 7. Accordingly, this anticipatory bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
