The same is taken on record. In terms of the said order, sanction has been accorded to the promotion of late Shri Nissar Ahmad Wani Ex-Assistant Town Planer as Town Planner on notional basis w.e.f 22.04.1998 and on regular basis w.e.f 19.03.2000 till 07.02.2008. Learned counsel for the contempt petitioner submits that the petitioner is satisfied with the compliance report filed by the respondents and as such she does not want to proceed ahead with this contempt petition. In view of the above, the contempt proceedings are closed and contempt petition is disposed of. It is, however, provided that in case the monitory benefits arising out of the consideration order are not released in favour of the legal heirs of the deceased contempt petitioner, they shall be at liberty to approach this Court afresh for reviving the contempt petition.
