No. 3021 of 2024 by incorporating the additional prayer of quashing the cognizance order dated 05.07.2023 in P.S. Case No. 90 of 2023. Perusal of the record reveals that it has not been mentioned in the proposed amendment, as to which police station the case relates to, so the prayer appears to be a vague one.
