This application has been filed praying for correction of the Order dated 25.09.2026 passed by this Court in CRP(I/O) No. 479/2026. In the said order, the further proceedings of Title Execution Case No. 02/2026, pending in the Court of the learned Civil Judge (Sr. Division), Bajali was stayed whereas the Title Execution Case No. 02/2026, mentioned in the said order, should have been 02/2025 instead of Title Execution Case No. 02/2026. The error stands corrected. Henceforth, the Title Execution Case No. 02/2026 appearing in the order dated 25.09.2026 passed in CRP(I/O) No. 479/2026 shall be read as Title Execution Case No. 02/2025.
