Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for respondents and perused the material on record. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that having regard to the fact that representations at Annexures-E and F dated 04.09.2025 and 24.10.2025 submitted by the petitioner have not been considered by the respondents so far, the petitioner is before this Court by way of the present petition. 4. Per contra, learned counsel for the respondents submit that if reasonable time is granted, respondents would consider and pass appropriate orders on the representation of the petitioner in accordance with law. 5. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances and joint submissions made by both the sides, I deem it just and proper to dispose of this petition directing the concerned respondents to address the grievance of the petitioner, consider and pass appropriate orders/take appropriate steps/action pursuant to the representations submitted by the petitioner in - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:12706 WP No. 35945 of 2025 accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 6.
