According to the petitioner, he was engaged as Seasonal Collection Amin in District Haridwar, in 1996, however, his claim for regularisation is not being considered. The relief sought in the writ petition is as follows:- “(i) a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents to Appoint/regularize the services of the petitioners on the post Collection Amin w.e.f. when the similarly situated persons were regularized by the respondents authorities.” 4. Having regard to the prayer made in the writ petition, this Court thinks that ends of justice would be met, if petitioner is permitted to make representation to the competent authority, highlighting his grievance. 5. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to petitioner to make representation to the District Magistrate. If he makes representation within two weeks from today, decision thereupon shall be taken, as per law, within four months thereafter.
