1. Heard learned counsel for the parties.
2. This writ petition challenges the rejection of the petitioner’s technical bid wayback in the year 2017 and seeks restrain from opening of the price bid.
3. Mrs. Jasvinder Mazumdar, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents, submits that the price bid has already been opened and even the allotment of the tender finalised. She submits that this opening of the financial bid was duly intimated to the petitioner.
4. Considering the above submissions coupled with the time lapse, we are satisfied that the reliefs sought in this writ petition have been rendered infructuous.

5. Accordingly, we dispose of this writ petition as infructuous without any order for costs.
