Show cause notice dated 28th July, 2026 under Section 344(1) and 343 of the Delhi Municipal Corporation Act, 1957 (‘DMC Act’) alleging unauthorised construction. ii. Sealing show cause notice dated 31st July, 2026 under Section 345-A of the DMC Act for sealing the subject premises. 2. Mr. Kuldeep Kumar appearing on behalf of petitioner submits that insofar as sealing show cause notice dated 31st July 2026 is concerned, an appeal was filed by the petitioner before Appellate Tribunal, MCD, which This is a digitally signed order.
