Case No. 171/2026, corresponding to G.R. Case No. 3573/2026, registered under Sections 308(2)/351(2)/127/61(2)(a) of BNS, 2023. The learned Addl. PP submits that charge-sheet has already been filed in the instant case, vide charge-sheet No. 174/2026 dated 30.09.2026. In view of the aforesaid, the learned counsel for the accused-applicant submits that the instant application can be disposed of with liberty granted to the accused-applicant to approach the jurisdictional court for appropriate relief.
