This criminal revision has been filed by the applicant seeking following relief: KUNAL DEWANGAN Digitally signed by KUNAL DEWANGAN 2 “It is, therefore prayed that the impugned order passed by the Court below may kindly be set aside to the extent of denial of grant of maintenance to applicant No. 1/wife and the application for maintenance filed by the applicant No.1 U/s. 125 of the Cr.P.C. may kindly be allowed. Further suitable amount of maintenance be awarded in favour of the applicants in the interest of justice.” 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that present matter has become infructuous as the matter has already been compromised between the parties, out side the Court. 4. In view of the submission made by learned counsel for the applicant, the instant criminal revision is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous, without any further liberty.
