Instant writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India has been preferred by the petitioner seeking following reliefs :- (10.1) This Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for the entire records pertaining to the case of the petitioner from the trial Court. (10.2) That, the Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue appropriate writ by quashing and complete proceeding initiated by the respondent No. 4 passed in Revenue Case No. 202407250800010/A6/2022-23 parties between Ali Munnisha Vs. Sheikh Maaroof (Annexure P/1) (10.3) Any other relief or relief(s) which this Hon’ble Court may think proper in view of the facts and circumstances of the case may also kindly be granted. “ 2. From a perusal of the documents annexed with the writ petition and the pleadings made therein, it appears that the petitioner has not pleaded facts property as to since when and under which authority he is in possession over the disputed land and he has also not pleaded the ground of his right over the said land, therefore, I am not inclined to entertain instant writ petition, hence, the same is liable to be dismissed. 3. Accordingly, the writ petition fails and is hereby dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file better constituted petition, if he so wishes. 4. It is made clear that stay granted in favour of the petitioner vide order dated 30.07.2024 of this Court shall remain effective for a further period of ten days.
