ORAL ORDER
The petitioner is present before the Court. After addressing the arguments for sometime, Sri Chandrasekhar K.,
learned counsel for the petitioner files a memo and it reads as under:
"MEMO The Petitioner submits that the Petitioner is ready to pay the balance amount of Rs.1,02,500/- (One lakh Two Thousand five Hundred only) within six months from today i.e., 30/04/2026 in the interest of justice and equity."
2. Sri Shiva Reddy K.P., learned counsel appearing for the respondent has endorsed no objection.
3. Placing the memo on record, the petition stands
disposed of.

4. Amount in deposit is ordered to be withdrawn by the complainant under due identification.
5. It is made clear that if the compensation amount as agreed in the memo is not paid, the petitioner shall undergo imprisonment as ordered by the learned Trial Magistrate and confirmed by the first Appellate Court.
