On query made by the court, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner fairly submits that non-bailable warrant has not been issued against the petitioner. 3. In view of the submission, it transpires that there is no apprehension as in the complaint case, custodial interrogation is not required. 4. In view of the above, learned counsel seeks permission to withdraw this application with liberty to move before the learned court by way of filing proper petition. 5.
