It is grievance of the petitioner that objection in relation to acquisition of land appertaining to Mouza-Kudlaung, Anchal-Nagri, Khata No. 104, Plot No. 1240 area 6.5 decimal is pending before the District Land Acquisition Officer, Ranchi in relation to the Land Acquisition Case No. 38/2021-22. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since the matter is pending since long, it needs to be decided by passing a reasoned order and for this purpose, only this writ petition has been filed. 4. Considering the submission of the petitioner and the prayer made in the writ petition, which is not objected by the State, I direct the District Land Officer, Ranchi to pass a reasoned order after hearing the parties preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipts/production of a copy of this order.
