This is an application under Section 482 of the BNSS, 2023 praying for granting pre-arrest bail to the accused applicant, in connection with Manikpur P.S. Case No. 58/2026 under Sections 137(2)/65(1) of the BNS, 2023 read with Section 6 of the POCSO Act, 2012. 3. Mr. Parasar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State, submits that the charge-sheet in the instant case has been filed, vide Charge-Sheet No. 67/2026, dated 18.09.2026. 4. Mr. Dewan, learned counsel for the accused applicant, submits that the accused applicant has received a summons for appearance in the case before the Court of the learned District and Sessions Judge, Bongaigaon, Assam, on 11.02.2027. 5. In view of the aforesaid, the instant anticipatory bail application stands disposed of with liberty to the accused applicant to approach the appropriate jurisdictional Court, if so advised.
