CORAM:- VALMIKI MENEZES, J. DATED :- 8th October, 2026 P.C.:
1. This is an application for condonation of delay of 50 days in filing an Appeal from Order on the Trial Court refusing the application for injunction filed by the Applicant, who is the original Plaintiff. The application has been opposed by the Respondents. The main ground for condoning the delay is that the Applicant was 69 years of age and was being treated for Lumbago. Doctor's certificate to that effect has been annexed to the application. There is no reason to disbelieve the facts stated in the application, since they are supported by the medical certificate.
2. For the aforementioned reasons, the application is allowed, 8th October, 2026 2026:BHC-GOA:2000
