The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs:- “10.1 That, the Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to set-aside/quash the impugned order dated 01.02.2024 (Annexure P/1) issued by the CEO, Zila Panchayat, Mahasamund. 10.2 Grant any other writ(s), order(s), relief(s) in favour of the petitioner which the Hon’ble Court deemed fit & just in the facts and circumstances of the case, including awarding of the costs to the petitioner.” 2. The grievance of the petitioner in this writ petition is with regard to his transfer from Gram Panchayat Achola to Gram Panchayat Khunteri on administrative ground vide order dated 01.02.2024 (Annexure P/1). The writ petition was filed on 09.02.2024 and this Court considering the grounds raised in this writ petition has passed the interim order dated 14.02.2024 in favour of the petitioner staying the effect and operation of the order of transfer dated 01.02.2024 (Annexure P/1). Since the filing of the writ petition and passing of the interim orders, 02 years have already been lapsed. 3. In the aforementioned facts of the case, this writ petition is disposed of with an observation and direction that the respondent authorities will not give effect to the order of transfer dated 01.02.2024 (Annexure P/1) so far as it relates to the petitioner. The respondents authorities will be at liberty to take fresh decision if shifting of the petitioner is required on administrative grounds. 4.
