(II) to allow the petition thereby setting aside the impugned order dated 22.10.2024 & 20.12.2024 (Annexure A/1) passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class (Presiding Officer Shri M. Jahangeer Tigala), Bemetara (C.G.) in Complaint Case No. 810/2019 Roshan Verma Vs RAJSHEKHAR SONI Digitally signed by RAJSHEKHAR SONI 2 Rajesh Jain & others as also the entire proceedings as well as sanction order dated 23.05.2019 (Annexure A/4), in the interest of justice.
