Case No. 190 of 2026 arising out of Pathalgadda P.S. Case No. 60 of 2025, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 303(2) of the B.N.S., 2023. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation against the petitioner is that the petitioner was involved in commission of theft of a Bolero vehicle. It is next submitted that the allegation against the petitioner is false. It is further submitted that the petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. It is next submitted that the Bolero vehicle has already been recovered. It is then submitted that the petitioner has not been put on Test Identification Parade. It is further submitted that the co-accused has been admitted to bail in B.A. No. 3441 of 2026 vide order dated 11th May, 2026. It is next submitted that the petitioner undertakes that he will co-operate with the trial of the case. It is further submitted that charge- sheet has already been submitted. It is lastly submitted that the petitioner has been in custody since 19.12.2025 as mentioned in para-01 of the instant bail application. Hence it is submitted that the petitioner be released on bail. Learned Addl.P.P. opposes the prayer for bail. Considering the facts of this case, the above-named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned JMFC, Chatra in connection with G.R. Case No. 190 of 2026 arising out of Pathalgadda P.S. Case No. 60 of 2025 with the condition that he will co-operate with the trial of the case and furnish his mobile number and photocopy of the Aadhar Card in the court below with an undertaking that he will not change his mobile number during the trial of the case and will not annoy or disturb the informant or witnesses of the case in any manner during the trial of the case.
