This interlocutory application is preferred by the applicant for granting the privilege of pre-arrest bail, as NBWA has been issued against the applicant in PRC Case No. 306/2025, by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Biswanath Chariali. 3. It is to be noted here that the connected Criminal Petition No. 1310/2026, has already been disposed of, vide Order, dated 06.10.2026. 4. And in view of the decision of the Hon’ble Supreme Court in the case of M/s Neeharika Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. Vs. State of Maharashtra & Ors., reported in AIR 2021 SC 1918, this application for grant of pre-arrest bail in a criminal petition, for quashing the order, is not maintainable and therefore, the same stands dismissed.
