DATE : 05.10.2026 This is an application seeking condonation of delay of 21 days in filing a revision against the order passed by the Registrar of this Court, whereby registration of the contempt petition was refused for want of removal of office objections. 2. For the reasons stated in the application for condonation of delay, and more particularly, in paragraphs 7 and 8 thereof, the delay is condoned. The Civil Application is allowed. Revision Application (ST) No.20030/2026 The present revision is filed under the provisions of the Appellate Side Rules, seeking Prity 2 / 2 33.cao1029.2026 restoration of Contempt Petition (Stamp) No.14594/2025, which came to be rejected by the Registrar of this Court for failure to remove the office objections. 3. For the reasons stated in the memo of revision, the revision is allowed. 4. The leaned counsel for the petitioner is directed to remove office objections, if any, within a period of two weeks from the date of this order, failing which the order of the Registrar rejecting the registration would stand revived.
