CMP No.17021 of 2026 The present application under Order 1, Rule 10, read with Section 151 CPC has been filed on behalf of applicant-Hotam Ram for impleading him as respondent No.1(a), being the sole legal representative of deceased respondent No.1-Chet Ram. 2. As per the applicant, respondent No.1-Chet Ram had expired on 14.10.2008 and he is the sole legal representative/heir of deceased respondent No.1- Chet Ram, being his nephew and has inherited his estate on the basis of a Will dated 31.12.2007. In this regard, Mutation No.4410, dated 18.06.2009 has also been attested in his favour. Hence, it is prayed that the applicant may be impleaded as respondent No.1(a) in the array of parties, being the sole legal representative of deceased respondent No.1 Chet Ram. The application is duly supported with the affidavit of applicant- Hotam Ram as well as the copies of death certificate of deceased respondent No.1 and Will dated 31.12.2007. 3. Heard. Having regard to the averments made in the application, the same is allowed and the applicant, being the sole legal representative/heir of deceased respondent No.1-Chet Ram is ordered to be impleaded as respondent No.1(a) in the array of parties, subject to all just exceptions. Amended memo. of parties, annexed with the application, is ordered to be taken on record. 4. The application stands disposed of.. CMP No.17022 of 2026 5. The present application under Section 151 of CPC has been filed by applicant/respondent No.1(a) for release of the enhanced amount of compensation alongwith up-to-date interest, falling in the share of deceased respondent No.1-Chet Ram. The application is duly supported with the affidavit of the applicant-respondent No.1(a). 6. Learned counsel for the applicant-respondent No.1(a) stated that judgment dated 15.05.2008, passed by this Court has attained finality. 7. Heard. Having perused the averments made in the application, which is duly supported with the affidavit of applicant, coupled with the fact that the judgment passed by this Court has attained finality, this Court finds it in the interest of justice to release the entire awarded amount of compensation alongwith up-to-date interest, falling in the share of deceased respondent No.1-Chet Ram and is lying deposited in the Registry of this Court, in favour of the applicant/respondents No.1(a), after proper verification and identification by remitting the same to his bank account, details whereof have been given in para-8 of the application. 8. The application stands disposed of. CMP No.17023 of 2026 9. Heard. In view of the averments made in the application, the same is allowed and the applicants/ respondents, at this stage, are exempted from filing typed/ translated copy of the document in issue.
