Learned counsel for the petitioners-Mohanram & Pramod Kumar wants to withdraw the bail application filed by them. 2. Hence, the bail application filed by the petitioners-Mohanram & Pramod Kumar is dismissed as withdrawn, as prayed. S.B. Criminal Misc. Bail Application No.1126/2026 & S.B. Criminal Misc. Bail Application No.1127/2026 1. The petitioners-Laxmanram & Mahendra have preferred these bail applications under Section 483 of BNSS in FIR No.504/2025 registered at Police Station-Saket Nagar, District- Beawar for the offences under Section 8/15 of NDPS Act. 2. Since both the bail applications have arisen from common FIR, hence, they are being decided by this single order. 3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Public Prosecutor and perused the material available on record. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioners-Laxmanram & Mahendra submits that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in these case. He further submits that the contraband poppy straw 45 kg have been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioners, which is below the commercial quantity. Though one case is reported against the petitioner-Laxmanram but in that case he has been bailed out. There is no criminal antecedents against the petitioner-Mahendra. Petitioners are behind the bars since 26.12.2025. The trial of the case may take considerable time, therefore, no fruitful purpose would be served by keeping the [2026:RJ-JP:4555] (3 of 3) [CRLMB-1126/2026] petitioners in further custody, hence, the bail applications of the petitioners may be allowed. 5. Learned Public Prosecutor has vehemently opposed the bail applications. 6. On consideration of the rival submission and material available on record and deliberating all the facts and circumstances of the case and without expressing any opinion on the merits/demerits of the case, I am inclined to grant benefit of bail to the petitioners. 7. Accordingly, the bail applications under Section 483 B.N.S.S. are allowed and it is ordered that the petitioners-Laxmanram S/o Ganpatlal and Mahendra S/o Gepar Ram shall be released on bail on their furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- with two sureties of Rs.25,000/- each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court for their appearance before that Court on all the dates till conclusion of the trial.
