This bail application has been filed by the accused-petitioner under Section 483 of B.N.S.S. in connection with FIR No.574/2025 registered at Police Station UdyogNagar (Kota City), District Kota City, for offence(s) under Section(s) 115(2), 126(2), 191(2), 191(3), 190, 109(1), 324(4) and 117(2) of B.N.S. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the accused- petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case and he has no nexus with the alleged offence. Learned counsel further submits that, during the course of investigation, no specific act has been attributed to the petitioner and co-accused Rahul has been enlarged on bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court, vide order dated 30.01.2026 passed in S.B. Criminal Misc. Bail Application No.16916/2025. Learned counsel also submits that another [2026:RJ-JP:7007] (2 of 2) [CRLMB-1037/2026] co-accused namely, Avinash has also been released on bail, on the ground of parity, by the learned Sessions Judge, Kota vide order dated 11.02.2026 in Criminal Misc. Case No.383/2026 and the case of present petitioner also stands on the same footing. He further submits that no criminal antecedent exists against the petitioner, he is in custody since long and conclusion of trial will take considerably long time, so no fruitful purpose would be served by keeping the petitioner in custody, therefore, prays to enlarge the petitioner on bail. 3. Per contra, learned Public Prosecutor opposes the bail application. 4. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case; considering the arguments advanced by learned counsel for the petitioner, the fact that the co-accused have already been enlarged on bail and trial will take considerable long time in its conclusion, thus, without commenting anything upon the merits / demerits of the case, this Court deems it just and proper to enlarge the petitioner on bail. 5. Therefore, this bail application is allowed and accused- petitioner Ankit Verma S/o Pooran Mal Bairwa is ordered to be released on bail, provided, he furnishes a personal bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- with two sureties of Rs.25,000/- each to the satisfaction of the trial Court, with the stipulation that the petitioner shall appear before that Court on all subsequent dates of hearing and as and when called upon to do so.
