This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed with the prayer to direct the respondents specially respondent nos. 2,3, and 4 to produce Smt. Luhar Mittalben i.e. petitioner/corpus before this Hon'ble Court considering her illegal detention by his parents i.e. respondent no.4, within a short stipulated period. 4. In compliance of the order dated 21.09.2026 passed by this Court, the corpus-Luhar Mittalben is present before this Court and submitted at Bar that she is not in illegal detention and she is living with her father. The corpus is major. The corpus is not illegally detained by the opposite party no. 4-Luhar Ranjit Bhai Rati Lal. There is no illegal detention of corpus. 5.
